Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
PTSD can arise after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event. You may feel stuck, replaying the event in your mind, or avoiding things that remind you of it. It's common to feel as though you're constantly on alert. My role as a psychologist is to walk alongside you, offering tools to manage your symptoms, understand the impact of trauma, and help you regain control of your life.
Healing from trauma takes time, but with the right support, it's possible to move forward.
